¿Es necesario saber que vamos a morir para hacer aquellas cosas que siempre quisimos, que nos permitieran ser felices de verdad? Siempre he creido que la principal barrera a nuestra felicidad, o al menos una sensación cercana que podamos definir como tal, somos nosotros mismos. Al liberarnos del peso de nuestros propios miedos podemos explotar sin temor nuestras debilidades, dar rienda suelta a la vida y gozar sin refugiarnos en responsabilidades ficticias.

Así es "mi vida sin mi" de Isabel Coixet, cuando nos encontramos con el final de todo, ya no hay tiempo de llorar las frustaciones, es el momento de entregarlo todo sin egoismo. Una película que vale la pena ver, con calma, dejándote llevar por el ritmo, sintiendo cuadro a cuadro una bella historia que seguramente nos hará reflexionar.
